Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NEURA ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Service Provider

NEURA is provided by Maestro Digital, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Free Tier

The free tier of NEURA includes:

  • Access to 3 life zones
  • Up to 15 tasks
  • Basic galaxy visualization

These limitations may be adjusted at our discretion with prior notice.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Premium subscriptions (Pro and Family plans) are billed monthly through Stripe. Key terms:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or decompile the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Create multiple free accounts to circumvent limitations

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and features of NEURA are the property of Maestro Digital. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

NEURA is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maestro Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of NEURA is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and all data at any time from the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
