NEURA is developed and operated by Maestro Digital, a Danish sole proprietorship.

2. What Data We Collect

When you use NEURA, we collect the following information:

• Email address and name (for account creation)
• Timezone (to display tasks at the correct local time)
• Tasks and task details you create
• Life zone configurations and preferences

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Provide and maintain the NEURA service
• Power AI-driven mental load predictions and suggestions
• Personalize your galaxy experience
• Process payments via Stripe

4. AI Processing

NEURA uses Claude (Haiku 4.5) by Anthropic to process task data and generate mental load predictions, stress forecasts, and focus suggestions. Your task data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models.

5. Data Storage

All data is stored on Supabase servers located in the EU. We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card information. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data processing.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data to third parties. Data is only shared with:

• Anthropic (for AI processing of tasks)
• Stripe (for payment processing)
• Supabase (for data storage)

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user in the EU/Denmark, you have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings page within the app.
